This just a Hearfelt Thank you, for allowing me to come into your lifes for just a few mintues. Also for sharing in my world. May our time together be time well sent.

Wing it Wednesday! There is no script, no notes just real talk about my day. A casual conversation with you fine people, about me getting a treatment in a cryo-tank. It is to early to tell the benefits, but I will say so far I feel good and I'm ready to go back. Stay tuned. 

Fall 2018 Things to do.

Yes another season is closing in on us. (Fall2018) I think we should embrace the fact that, we here in the northeast, can be thankful we get a chance to witness all of the seasons. Not many people get the chance to say that. Painful? Sometimes yes, but we always take on the challege and welcome it in. Many things to do here in NYC. Try just one, and I'll bet you will try another and another. Enjoy the fall 2018.

Back to life?

Just alittle follow up on the return home from my family trip. (R&R) You get away, you relax with family and friends, and reality goes, you're back!  I pray that we get it together people. We all have to live on this Planet togther, whether you like it or not. 

People and Planes

This is a very interesting thing that I noticed with people, who are traveling. People are for the most part always nice to each other. I wonder why? Because the one we all have in common with getting on a plane together. Just listen and think true or not?

Paper or Plastic?

Real simple question to one of lifes little debates. However this liitle question has a lasting effect on the future of this planet and the quality of life for human beings and animals.

A woman asked me who are you, and what is The Heartfelt Truth? So I decided to give her a brief intro to what  The Heartfelt Truth is all about. It just a small part of the big picture. I invited her to join us on this journey. I believe this small introduction, will help her on the road to becoming the best she can be.

There comes a time in everyone life ,when you start to question, what is it that I am suppose to be doing to make a contribution to this world. The time is now, to take little steps towards making YOU a reality.
